Dr. Keith Baetz, a renowned prosthetic dentist with more than 30 years’ experience.

Being a prosthodontist allows Keith and The Bondi Dentists to offer very high level dentistry that can look at the big picture and diagnose the best course of action and see you get a high level of professional care. Whether it be general family dentistry, through to complex restorations or even treating sleep apnoea, Keith and the team can care for you at all stages of life.

Dr. Baetz grew up in South Africa where he earned his Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Dental Surgery (winning the prestigious Middleton-Shaw medal for the best dental student of the year in restorative dentistry) degrees from the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg.

In 1976, Keith married and moved to Australia, enrolling at the University of Sydney and attaining his Master’s Degree in Dental Surgery, specializing in the emerging field of Prosthodontics. As one of Sydney’s first registered Prosthodontists, Keith helped pioneer the field of prosthetic dentistry over the next eighteen years whilst practicing general dentistry and gaining extensive experience in all facets of dentistry.

As an acknowledgement of his outstanding professional conduct, meritorious service, study and teaching and his contribution to the continued progress of dentistry for the benefit of all, Keith has been elected a Fellow of the International College of Dentists.
